We use AI. Raizen is an AI-native workspace. An AI agent pairs with you while you build, and AI systems help evaluate sandbox work and generate skill estimates. Your code, messages, and related session content may be sent to contracted AI providers (currently including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Voyage, DeepInfra/DeepSeek, Morph, and AWS). They may not use your content to train their own models except as needed to provide the service.
Raizen processes account details; sandbox code and agent chats; session signals from inside the Raizen IDE; skill estimates (including psychometric and Item Response Theory methods applied to observed work); professional-network content you share; recruiter usage; device data; and communications.
We do not require special-category data (race, health, religion, biometrics, sexual orientation) to use the product. Date of birth is used for age gating. We do not sell personal information for third-party marketing or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Showing your work or profile to companies when you use hiring features, and network content you set to public, is part of the service—not a sale for advertising. Public posts may be visible to other users and, in some cases, to search engines and AI crawlers according to your settings.
AI and psychometric estimates are informational, not clinical diagnoses, and Raizen does not make solely automated hiring or firing decisions. Raizen is not a consumer reporting agency; outputs are not FCRA consumer reports. Employers remain responsible for human review and for laws such as NYC Local Law 144 and the EU AI Act.
Session signals are captured inside the Raizen workspace, not from personal devices outside the platform. Content may be processed by AI sub-processors (including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Voyage, DeepInfra/DeepSeek, Morph, and AWS) under contract. We do not permit them to train their own models on your content except as needed to provide the service.
